I hope Starbucks in the Bahamas closes down in a year, hopefully less. How mush are they charging for a cup of coffee, $5. *Kisses teet, and looks in cupboard to make some lipton tea*.

If enough Bahamians support it either they or some Bahamian business man might take the franchise to the mall.

Walmart? in Freeport? Never heard of that. I know they are building a "superstore" for the Home Centre. Maybe that news got twisted in the grapevine and came out Walmart.

Perfect! I mean really why should bahamians go to the US when they have the power to bring it to us? now that these things are just a few blocks away money can go to the US even faster. And now they can win over our "buy bahamian" money.

Actually its a Bahamian owner, though it is a franchise, most of the money will stay here.

i doubt it will be any cheaper than kelly's though .. will have to see.

oh...Maybe I should start one myself!

So then we are actually supporting ourselves through an american facade. Cool.

nah, they just pay for the name :-)

What i would like to see is some normal pizzerias instead of dominos etc, as the pizza is better at those home grown ones.
