I have a question. When you say that utilities are included does that mean the price of them is included in the monthly rent or do you still have to pay for them separstely every month. I am a college student who will be graduating in Dec and coming home in January and I dont really knwo much about aprtment hunting. And where exactly is this apartment located?

I would like to know where it is too and Do you allow kids? When I say kids I mean one child (toddler).

is this place still available? and how large is it? when you say 'efficiency'. do you mean studio?
