I read this article last week sometime and just had the chance to post it. when i first read it i was like whats going on down there that there needs to be full fledge officers of the law present at all times on school grounds. are the schools merly just becoming a playpen for future criminals?

what ever the problem is; placing police officers there is not the solution but a temporary fix. pretty soon there are going to be police stations with cells at every school. when i use to live there, the solution to fights in the mall was to increase security and sometimes not allow uniformed students in the mall but becuase they ddnt deal with fixing these kids attitudes on a trip a year ago i was shocked to see that there was a full police station at the mall with a cell visiable from the front door of the station.

when i was reading the article they kept talkin about staffing, there needs to be more officers present but in my opinion the mere fact they have to be there signifies that police staffing isnt the thing they should be concerned about.
