SAY NO TRANS AND SATURATED FATS!!!!!
I cook my own breakfast, or should I say my wife does.
At least once a week, egg (one egg!) and bacon.
Most mornings I have Oatmeal! Very filling and good for the cholesterol - as long as you don't drown it in butter!!!
I have been known to eat a piece of left over pizza when I am in a hurry. :escape:
jimbunting 10-19-05, - 03:55 PM A bowl of fruit, with blueberries, strawberries, bananas, papaya, pineapple, grapes, and honeydew and cantaloupe mellon, followed by a bowl of Quaker instant oatmeal, and two slices of 12 grain whole wheat toast, with honey on them, a big glass of ice cold spring water to drink, and I'm ready for the day.
The supermarkets here in Canada carry a wide range of tropical fruit all year round, with imports from Mexico, Chile and Brazil, and of course California. I can buy all of the above fruit every week and spend less than I would to eat out once in a restaurant.

Wow! Blueberries! When my Grandmother was alive, we used to visit with her at her house in the Gatineau. We picked berries from her garden until our finger ached and they were as big as marbles! Here in Nassau we pay through the nose for berries that are half the size - when you can get them!
Berries for breakfast! Can't beat that! Brings back memories. :dancer2:
nice to be able to get freash clean fruits hey :sarcastic

yep, i meant to say id feel like i had ... but yep for sure i wouldnt have the potcake flu right now ..
YorickBrown 10-20-05, - 12:00 AM *ROTFL* Say "Potcake Flu"...
Das cousin ta bird flu eh?
Man, go get some strong bush tea from the bush man in da grove. Couple cups o' that in da morning would knock that flu right out your system.
But since you probably don't like bush tea, go get some souse from The Souse House and put "plenty" bird pepper in it. Ya head will clear by early afternoon - just make sure to stay close to a bathroom (cause da other end will clear itself too!)
