I am a youth director and of reason we had our panel discussion on the above topic and many children claimed that this type of behavior is a norm in the their schools. and that some of the smartest children are entangle in it and so many of them try it out because they are either curious or they need extra love and attention.

...the latter, not enough love and attention no structure no guidance being exposed to sexuality too young through molestation, girls issues with their father and issues with men- because of bad treatment and being with the same kind of men that treat them the same kind of way. A good friend of mine always messed with these low life dudes that treated her so dirty and that's how she got into girls, I thought it was sick and perverted at the time and I thought she was going through a phase which thankfully she was but I respected her lifestyle (she's better now and involved in a tumultuos love affair with a doctor and there's talk of marriage in the works. God bless them. Now speaking on the "fun boys", I think being sodomized and hoodwinked into that lifestyle has these reactions on them because society sadly dictates that their is no room for recourse when a men tragresses into homosexual acts...once he goes there- there is no turning back. Ironically men dont have a problem with girls that mess with girls- because they figure they can can threesomes and other freaky acts. Child molestors dont know how much damage they do.

I am not sure what the problem seems to be....I guess you can turn to the bible for all those answers. Today I think we look for too many reasons and excuses as to why people do what they do and what makes them do. Don't get me wrong in some cases there are people out there with issues that may have what may seem to be valid reasons for why they are doing what they are doing. You really cannot generalize the situation with gays in lesbains in the bahamas b/c right now it seems to be the so called "in thing" and this gay thing as been around since the bible days but it seems like now we are just looking for justification and reasons for why it is becoming so prevelant. I don't think there is a justified reason or answer. Alot of young people today are followers as well; they don't want to be authentic any more. I don't have an answer but I can say that the youth today are too arrogant and don't want to hear what anyone has to say, and not too many of the youths are willing to take advice or good counsel. I'm not old or anything but people today are lovers of themselves and are looking to do whatever is going to please self.

I find this post really funny. Let me just say this, if she dated women, I doubt it is because she had bad relationships with men. If anything, she wanted to try it and just used her bad dating history as an excuse. People do it all the time. God knows I have used that one too just so others will understand and show sympathy.

On the issue of men having a problem with lesbians, you would be surprised. Most men are not threatened physically by a lesbian, unless she is hyper masculine and he is afraid she might kick his A**. But many men are threatened by lesbians in terms of ego. They express this all the time by making comments like, "All she need is some d**k" or something else along those lines.
