It was actually on the news that they are preparing to start the stadium now. I always wondered what motive is behind this "gift". We'll never know...:shhh:

homey dont be so naive...people read but at the same time nothing is ever what it seems...I hear down the way in one of those smaller carribbean nations they got a $50 million stadium...30 million is alot to just give away to "third world countries" dont you agree? even if China is doing oh so well and that's not even chump change to them...to me I think we sold ourselves cheap...another instance where we could have got a better deal a la MOFA...

China isnt doing that well ... the Government maybe making money but thats cause they own a majority share in every Foreign owned business in China ..
