We don't even use their TV,because satelite is so good but subscribe only for the internet.It is a joke,to say it is down at least 1 week out of the month is extremely conservative and when you ask for an adjustment on the bill,it is out of the question.

I've voted average. Actually I feel that the service it good, however, I question some of the channels in the basic package. As mentioned before, and I agree, there are too many unused or unpopular channels in my opinion. Especially guys like me who love sports, I feel that there should be at least one legitimate sports channel in the basic channel.....like the ENGLISH version of EPSN.
I know we're a multi-national country, but that ESPN international channel has gat to go! I never understood that.
Also, why did BET get moved to the *paid-channel* area. What? It was influencing too many of our youths, LMAO! Well, has the youths gotten any better??..................

I am now changing my vote, I agree with you. Cable Bahamas is a rip off There are too expensive, and the reception on oceans is like 15 seconds behind, so the sound and the mouths of the eople talking are not in line. I called them to complain and they said they know about the problem.

I wonder would they offer a refund ? Oceans is very expense for them to try and test this new product at the people expense.

Who is protecting us ?
