Have u tried the newspapers. There were like 3 or 4 postings in punch classified looking for office assit or office assitant/salesperson. I can only imagine how much are inside the Guardian or Tribune.

if I was an employer and this was your resume, I would've tossed it in the shredder after the first line..

I don't think this is the person looking for the job, probably just a friend who has access to a computer.

I agree but, looking at the post leads me to think that English may not be the persons first language. At least I hope so.

Look at it this way. If nobody had pointed out to her how terrible her post was, she wouldn't ever think to improve it. She now has a better chance with her next posting, resume, cover letter, etc. Hopefully she can learn from our criticisms.

Yes I know what she wrote was pretty bad but some of those comments. They were running on. One post would have been good enough. I'm defending her because I know my post here ain't any better. :voodoo: http://www.bahamasissues.com/showthread.php?t=2042

Well i sent them a PM about it. Because I thought it would have given her time to improve her ad without someone coming to read it and see "hey my little cousin can complete a sentence better than you" or something to that effect. But now she may as well delete or erase it and start over.

I mean just look at the replies:

"well, i dont mean to drop it cold " - just wrong man

"I would've tossed it in the shredder after the first line.." - lol, but wrong none the least

"probably just a friend who has access to a computer." - tis tis

"had pointed out to her how terrible her post was" -

"but, looking at the post leads me to think that English may not be the persons first language."
