what REALLY saved chavez was that war in iraq and ill go to my grave with that- (no time soon- god has me here for a reason that i havent accomplished yet) remember, latin america and the surge of democracy coming out of the southern hemisphere also is helping him too if the us strikes him those countries down there stick together they dont want to mess with that. I wouldnt underestimate chaves one iota.
i was really into the katrina stories b/c of allt those black people affected and one thing i did hear is that they had some of their ships stationed of the coast of venezuela and that's why they couldnt come to rescue the people and you take that and run with it...keep you eyes and ears open- latin america is something we need to pay more attention too.

Does not surprise me or bother me! Countries spy on each other all the time and they use imported spies, as well as domestic spies. Countries spy on enemies as well as on friends. If I remember correctly there was a case a few years ago when the UK accused the US of spying - or was it the other way around!!! The UK and the US are friends! Allies!

The U.S. is into Chavez as much as they are interested in my sex life..(but then again, the U.S spying program allows them to tap my phone lines)..
But anyways, Chavez is a little paranoid but for good reason he understands the CIA and their workings!

But honestly and truly...if they turn the whole of Latin America over into the sea it would not make a bit of difference to the U.S. Gov.
Maybe it may make a difference to some Southern Farmers and business persons...but who cares about the South..Right??
