They seem to give that thing a facelift every couple months. Still the same old broken php code though. I really love how they mix the local stores and the international stories together in the business section. Makes it soooo easy to read.

It doesn't look too bad and at least it looks better than the Serach the Guardian they had up there for years.

Is this website just getting worse?

They are so unstable they change the look every week.
They are like Pepsi that try and sell you an ad with lavish dancers, celebs and songs but will not work on the darn product.....

Perhaps they need to give up and hire a design company. Will it be that painfull?

The bahamajournal is much better with its online edition than that of the Guardian.

The guardian "like alot of institutions" in this country, have fallen prey to believing in their own superiority.
They believe because they were possibly the first and have been the best for so long, that they deserve to give up crap design, crap reporting and crap headlines.
Well, the journal and the Tribune have been showing them otherwise for quite some time now.

I've heard that the tribue has a website, but I have yet to find out what the actuall url is. What's funny is that the people who are saying this dosen't know the url either. But I tell you if the tribue was online that would be the first thing I look at every morning. But alas, thats what happens when you have dinosaurs who only care to know about a world already passed away.

they will most likely outsource it to india . theres no industry in the Bahamas for web development, i tried it from back in 1996 .. still isnt hapening yet, you gotta do 10 other things to survive the rest of the year .. most people in Nassau want to spend max $500 for a whole web site .. yeeah right .
