PLP Ministers of Government are always sticking God's name in everything they say so it baffles me that a group of God-fearing people would condone so much homosexuality.:jawdroop:
What people do to each other is their business but we all know homosexuality is a no no in God's sight as he destroyed a whole city for it. So if you abide by God's word so much and you cant leave him out of your speech then why is the government over ran with sissies in high and low places. I can think of at least six sissy Government Ministers right now and too many newly appointed sissy civil servants to mention.
Sissyism is high on the agenda for this government so they should just go ahead and leave God out of their mouths. After all, they are supposed to be role models.

thats a serious thing right there

Now you raised a point that angers me too. No one is more "saved" than these PLP MPs and Cabinet Ministers, atleast to hear some of them tell it. Im saying, if you out there doing what you do...WHY are you coming to the House of Assembly acting like your soul is anchored in Jesus? Its sickening man.

Watching the PLP convention was like watching a church convention..and all that "religion" would be great I suupose if it were actually true in many lives.

And what gets me is how some have the nerve to throw stones across the House floor about who loves God and who doesnt (e.g. V. Alfred Gray at Hubert Ingraham). Come on man, is it possible to stop the hypocrisy?

This pandering to church folk isnt going get these politicians anywhere you know, since alot of the church folk they pandering to are living just like they are, and the ones who are actually true to their faith know that its just pandering, and nothing more.

I think percentages in both arenas are simply reflective of percentage/population in general..by that I mean, no matter where you are, you will find heterosexuals and homosexuals.

True. But to cure corruption and victimisation as you say, ya soul gotta be cured for real...by that I mean, if being corrupt and refusing to permit people to be free is in your heart to do, thats what you'll do..even if the government of the day passes a buggy-load of ethics laws and all that.

It has to be YOU to be honest. Like Lauryn Hill said "how you gonna win when you aint right within?"

you bring up valid points and I think their dirty secret and closeted lifestyles enables their uncanny public behaviour. If I were you I wouldnt quote "Ms. Hill" homegirl has four kids from a married man and went crazy when buddy went back to his wife- I have the faintest idea why she thought dude was leaving his Jamaican gussie mae for her- is it b/c she though she was "Lauryn Hill" or "L- Boogie" A jamaican man een leaving his Jamaican wife for he ma! but then again never mind the messenger it is the message...I hoope you were enlightened as I.

lol..I KNEW you would say that about Lauryn! Yeh I know about her relationship although I disagree that she "went crazy" as the media consistatly claimed. Then again though I wouldnt hold her past against her if where she wants to go and where she wants to end up is in a better place. For instance lots of us on this board have and/or are doing some jacked up stuff in our lives perhaps (lol), but that doesnt discount whats inside of us ya know? This is off the subject ofcourse, but just wanted to throw that in for my girl Lauryn lol:angel:
