Yup Yup, you got it right! As I said in another thread on this matter, Pat Bain was the ONLY Rainbow team member who retained his post by 20 votes and they refused to release the unofficial results (which is not a standard labour board practice, nor the standard practice in elections period - even when the votes are being contested).

There is no way union members voted every single member of the Rainbow team out except for the leader. Pat lost in the first count, demanded and re-count and suddenly won? Come on now.

Dont forget. Pat has cancer and has spent alot of his money on the "not so finer" things of life, so he needs this job ok?

The dirt he and his people have done in office has come back to bite him and he doesnt want to accept it. Its a shame and travesty was trade unionism has come to in this country! For those who know the history of trade unionism and how atleast one of our major political parties is rooted in that struggle..its a disgrace to see what it has come to now.

As of saturday morning the I fa justice team had won 11 of it's 12 seat with their leader up by 1 vote. now amazingly after the boxes were remove from the police Pat Bain comes on the radio with new unofficial votes with 3 extra seats. I hope the government officials are watching this because , this is the largest union in this country and that justice team ain't backing down. this is so sad.
