its not upload/download though and quality will always depends on the users sound card, mic, head set, internet connection .. etc..

Ummm, now since i dont get paid by Skype .. why not download and try it already .. :-)))

YEah I just checked out their web page. Its not totally free if you want to talk to land lines. Vonage does have some advantages but they are more expensive. The one th ing is that Vonage is a bigger company and I assume they will try to keep and expand their buisness and make things more competetive. I am not ready to get rid of Vonage yet though.


Skype is free to landlines i The US and Canada for the rest of the year. Some are speculating that they may continue after this but it hasn't been confirmed.
