Well "Ports" is beyond Winn Dixie but i know what you are takling about. Lucaya on the whole dosent have that much trouble...at least I havent heard about anything lately. Most people in the City of Freeport and in most of its neighboorhoods keeps to themselves...perhaps too much...lol.
