The point of the law is that the spouse offended can take certain actions and that just happens to be one of them.

Most laws in this country arent enforced, and then they actually try to enforce the really stupid ones that shouldnt exist. Id say counter sue and sue the dummy law makers too!

Why doesnt she just refuse to goto court .. its none of her business .. thats their so called "marriage", not hers .. and if that doesnt work .. get all the "dirt" she can on the wife (and the prosecuters or lawyers trying to get her into court) until they stop bothering her. Pull a Sue Wang and set up a web site with all the dirt .. ;-)
