View Full Version : Where to look for a job.
sdw227 07-01-06, - 09:00 PM Hello, I can't find any job postings for Bahamas. I'm currently living in southern Florida. I am a Bahamian. None of the online newspaper editions have listings and I can't seem to find any websites.
Anyone have any suggestions??
Thanks!

sdw227 07-08-06, - 02:47 PM Well, I'm from Freeport.
BAHMIA 07-08-06, - 03:55 PM Well, I'm from Freeport.
Then you'd better stay in South Florida, because Rory is right, een' nothin' here.
And there sure as hell 'een nothin' in Freeport. They're just praying that there isn't another hurricane this season to wipe out what they're trying to rebuild. Between that and this Port Authority shakeup, you'd be better off trying to stay in the states.

holidayvw 01-07-07, - 11:48 AM I currently run a restaurant, new car dealership and two major car rental brands in both Nassau and Freeport. I am looking for career minded persons. Finding people who want a job is easy..finding people who want to work is not.
I have posted my job openings on this site.:)

Could not agree more!! Plenty of chance in the Bahamas to make money IF you are willing to work. If you are Bahamian you just have to look.
Being a Bahamian does not guarantee anything though, hard work does.
