Don't you think laws need to change. If a woman can be on combat duty why can't she go topless.

Most guys don't have a problem with women using the mens bathroom it happends all the time. But most women have a problem with a male using the ladies bathroom.

Its refered to as Peeping Tom I don't remember the legal term for it.

If its the legal choice then the law is discriminating against him/her/it. If he accepts that his ID says male -- then he accepts the dresscode of the school for males. Whether or not they choose to enforce it. Its their discretion.
