WinterGrace 07-03-06, - 07:32 PM Don't you think laws need to change. If a woman can be on combat duty why can't she go topless.
Why would I want to see other females breasts?? So, you want government to pass a law which allows you to see your grandmother's or mother's breasts while in public??? :gi:
But in other parts of the world woman being topless is just another day.. These are culturally imposed traditions.
This is The Bahamas not the South of France. In that part of the world it's ok to be topless on the beach but not here and you can't be serious if you want to change our culture to fit your agenda.
Vicky 07-04-06, - 12:10 AM Why would I want to see other females breasts?? So, you want government to pass a law which allows you to see your grandmother's or mother's breasts while in public??? :gi: What differance does it make? If they are adults then it should be their choice.
This is The Bahamas not the South of France. Way more than the South of France. How about the middle east where women wear a burka In that part of the world it's ok to be topless on the beach but not here and you can't be serious if you want to change our culture to fit your agenda.
If you call equality an agenda ok thats my agenda.

Please explain how being in a prom dress equates to being topless on a beach..

Ting-um 07-16-06, - 08:11 AM Did he use the "Men's" bathroom at school??
If yes, then he is in the wrong. By doing that he is defining himself as masculine and so should the rest of the world. Now, if "Men's" bathroom was the best choice he had between the options given -- then wearing a tux instead of a dress to the prom was also the best choice he had between the options given.
The world is doomed when stupidity runs amuck.

No its the legal choice. If her ID shows male.
Same goes for me down here. Its a real gray area and can cause Tgs a lot of problems.
Most guys don't have a problem with women using the mens bathroom it happends all the time. But most women have a problem with a male using the ladies bathroom.
Its refered to as Peeping Tom I don't remember the legal term for it.
Ting-um 07-16-06, - 01:05 PM If its the legal choice then the law is discriminating against him/her/it. If he accepts that his ID says male -- then he accepts the dresscode of the school for males. Whether or not they choose to enforce it. Its their discretion.
