At the beginning of his "Speak your mind" call in show, he briefly mentioned it, but no one called in to comment or ask about it. Haven't heard anything since..then I saw this thread and it reminded me. I don't think I dreamed it, and I haven't been drunk lately! But it does seem strange that no one else has heard about it! Oh well! Time will tell!

as a public person on public radio/tv (that all bahamians gay and heterosexual) pay for Miller should be more guarded with his words...more tactful...more germane...more decent...he wasnt and he's not....its a crying shame and for that he's a national disgrace.

I know Bahamians are way more sophisticated than the soundbites you hear from some of these ministers. Its a shame that they (homophobes, bigots, etc..) get more press time and the real opinions of everyday people (like on this thread) arent heard more often. He does everyone a disservice and badly represents the the country.

Darrold is going to town on Issues of the Day quoting Leviticus and saying that adulterers, adulturesses and homosexuals and those who lie with beasts should be put to death....well, that would cut down our population quite alot!!! He is saying it with such passion, having found justification in outlawing homosexuality, that I wonder if he realizes the implication of taking literally what is written!

Okay, in those times when the old testiment was lived out yes! but we are in the new testiment and that is not to be acceptable. Well the Bahamas is a country that stands by God and his words. Well if he would read his bible he shopuld know that everything is coming to pass and must come to pass. Nothing can stop it because it is written to do so and it will get worst as time goes by, because notice things are getting more acceptable in society. Like divorce one time divorce was looked down upon on, now its the norm. If he would also read his bible properly he would read that it says that before His word doesn't comes to pass, heaven and earth shall pass away. By the looks of it His word is coming to pass.
