Gang signs in this town...
tatoos on young men at a early age
Late hours on the park
Allways into trouble like stealing and fighting....
If you do not see those tell tale signs...thank your lucky stars.

that doesnt stop them from coming home singing all the latest gangsta rap, reggae
that in itself is harmless, singing means nothing if the person isn't stupid enough to mimic the lyrics just because a studio gangster says it. i still say that people need to hold kids accountable for their actions or things are going to get progressively worse in this country.

I have called YAV and they have a book called "Gangs in the Bahamas" I'm going to purchase, but it was a disappointment that RBPF could not readily provide me information. I would have thought that they would have had documentation on the various gangs in particularly Nassau, in the schools and such.
I have learn since yesterday that "gang banging" is still going on, and where you would not hear much about the Raiders and Rebellions, they have branched out into Dukes, Sharkes, War Kings, Hornets, Yens, Dog Pound Gangstas and more. Most of my nephews are pretty active in extra curricular, but that doesnt stop them from coming home singing all the latest gangsta rap, reggae etc, or getting hustled, bullied at school.
Its scary. A lady at RBPF said one thing to look at is the graffiti all around, my nephew wrote something on our stairs like DPG, I would string him up by his arse if he is even thinking about joining a gang.
