DigiTel will NOT be providing cell phone service, only POTS dialtone to fixed subscribers. On top of that, the PUC has recently reversed their decision to require BaTelCo to interconnect their network with DigiTel. At this point it looks like they may not get off the ground.

I am having difficulty in finding a contact number for Digitel. I am based in Miami. I am trying to reach them so I can present them the prepaid solutions for their new network.
