Plus, I assuming you have a work permit to braid hair...no disrespect intended by the way...I just saying...we gat plenty braidist nah... But if you are a chemist...I can hook ya up...

:uh:like we dont have our own?:sarcastic some of these people live nah...imagine if we went to a jamaican forum offering our services...you cant! man they'll tear our head off. my cousin pay of 100 for this Jamaican to do her braids, I dont think it was worth it and none of these braiders are paying any national insurance or license fees.

its just the attitude. they just said it disrespectfully and how one said we trying to ship them out nah!

The reality is that we already have a multitude of hair braiders in the Bahamas already. In fact the market is highly saturated, that I dont think that you would have much luck in establishing yourself as successfully as you would like. My advice would be to seek a place where a market isnt but needs to be established. In a majority black country such as ours believe me we are not short on hair braiders. I respectfully say try your luck some where else.

Yes some of the responses were unnecessarily rude, but you can be sure that if it was the other way around some of the responses would have been the same. Its a two way street. Dont make it seem that we are the only bad guys here.

I suppose since we are the second richest country in the Carribbean (behind Bermuda), we believe this. Money does make you think you are better...

You know this is a very narrow minded view of Bahamians. The entire Caribbean region is full of haughty overtly arrogant persons, and we Bahamians dont stand out in any way. Browse around some Caribbean forums to see what I mean.

Yes, some Bahamians do have this attitude but I did not get that from the responses.

Kempi was the one who said we trying to ship them back which is rude but if you look at all the comments this person post...you have to actively ignore.
