To the Moderators:

How do I personalize my posts by adding an 'avatar?' When I go to that option in the CP it has the option listed, but it won't let me unlock the button to enable the option.

Try going to usercp > Avatar > click 'Yes' in the Use custom avatar section. You can enter an URL of your avatar or you can upload an avatar from your computer. The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels.
