Once again, more beach access has been removed on PI. As it stands the only public access is between the RIU and Sunrise Beach Club. How long will that stay around?

Where do you park? Next to the sign that says tow away zone?
What happens when the police starts enforcing that law...better yet, when the tourism powers that be start complaining that people blocking up the road with cars.

dont know how good a biz this would be, but they should have ferries for bahamians from montague to athol/rose island .. just a thought ..

I'm thinking anyone who wants to go to the beach should just walk in to Atlantis with beach chairs, coolers, friends, neighbors, extended family, dogs, cats, chickens, and a grill or three.

Perhaps this would get them to change their tune.

black bahamians scare the tourist away that's why were not welcomed to our own beaches......our black faces in our black country arent good enough for our beaches...tell the truth and shame the devil...say it...our black faces dont go with the paradise scenery...only the jungles and depths of africa and its jungle unsophisticated and uncivilised people...that's what people think we are anyway a bunch of bush people... "who arent intelligent or savvy in the ways of the world...our own is too good for us! the black scrubby Bahamian messes up the motif...unless we have a broom in our hands we een saying nothing!...look at the ads in the atlantis or cable beach leaflets or even MOT's for that matter...not one black face...not one but a servant's! we dont encourage black people to come and see our country...and most of us are saltwater geechies for christ sake! and there is an organization to encourage hotel development with black foreign investors why arent they here? Ummm lets get real, its also the trash left behind by the locals after big holiday beach get togethers. I agree ALL bahamians should have access to the beach but at the same time they have to be respectful of the tourists, clean up after yoself and not play loud music 24/7. Also, many of the locals try to pick up the tourist ladies and some of dem like it, dont get me wrong, but some find it annoying and offensive. Do you get my point?

I know Im special and you gat your head buried in the sand your so ignorant. Its true though-I used to spend plenty time on cabbage beach and I saw that every week. I never generalized all Bahamians-thats how you want to see it but it still doesnt change that fact that it is a big problem.

But really, we need garbage cans and ant-littering signs .. then someone to enforce it like they have on the US beaches ... maybe some public restrooms while they are at it ...:D
