so because I use to run from cut hip I guess that will be my plea for a bicycle hit and run? lol...she handed him his death sentence...(in the bahamas at least) maybe that's another reason why criminal defence is something I have no interest in at all! he was better of coping a insanity plea and leaving it at that...he is troubled...

But thing is, insanity is not a psychological diagnosis, it is a legal term referring to a defence that one was unable to know right from wrong at the time of a crime.

And by everything Cordell has said, he knew exactly what he was doing, explained exactly why he did it, and explained the different consequences he was trying to avoid by hiding the bones...
