You know Taffy, this is so true. My brother works at W&SC, and he told me that they lose 75% of the water that they pump throughout Nassau due to leaking mains, hydrants, pumps, holding tanks, etc.

Das why they regulate the pressure during different hours- high between 7am to 9pm, then low between 9pm to 7am.

So other than the leaks in businesses and residence, they gat a huge problem!
