Ofcourse. The introduction of modern synthesizers, melody and harmony correction software, pitch correction software - all these things are designed to give more people with no talent the opportunity to make it big in show business.

Damn, more people taking what he said out of context. Wether of not modern music sucks is not the point, although it mostly does. What he was referring to is the mastering process on CDs now. Everything is overcompressed, no dynamics, no nuances.

i've got nothing against old bobby but folk music does nothing for me. plus i don't like his voice, music, or material.
