Lord why is it that just about every thread at some point gotta go to this subject matter man? And I thought we had a problem with political hacks on here....:wipe:
Every other thread gotta end up crashing and burning over the "GLBT" label. SMT

No one is sicker and more tired of arguing about this than me. (Trust) No one is more tired of people trying to label me a deviant or write laws to regulate who i am just because (they think) their personal religion says it should be. No on is more tired than I. SMT.

But that is what this thread is all about.

So let me see if i summed up your positon correctly. You say your "not homophobic and that you can actually accept the GLBT lifestyle".
Just so long as we (gays) dont try to believe that were not socially deviant sexual predators whos souls are condemned to hell. So your cool with us right......but only so long as we accept what you opine is our predetermined destinies in hell according to your opinions/thoughts/beliefs?
So as long as we (who are actually gay) and who just happen to know what that means for us..... dont try to pass off as being born that way to you and others.....because... well....because you the all knowing and straight .....Mikki says so.....you cool with us right?
Or am i misreading your comments from above?
With people so cool with us like you.....we might as well say the battle is over and move onto other things.
Your ignorance is so profound.
But im glad you continue to rattle on so that i can punch holes right thru your logic. Its so easy to do. Why? Because one of us is arguing for prejudice and hate and for the enactment of laws against the other....and the other is arguing for freedom to be left alone.
You may win over many...even the majority.....hell Bush won the presidency. But that will never make your position one of fairness and or integrity.

The law is already written according to Christianity....we don't need to write anything we only wish for it to remain...

I could see why you are tired because we do not agree on Christianity so of course it would be tiring disagreeing....:dunce:

Just the name of this website gives off hate and I hope you realize that not all Christians operate like this. There are other Christian websites that give their view peaceful of course you won't cite those :sarcastic

Not every one in the Bahamas is christian or Christian

This is what I said in post #62

"The Bahamas is a Christian nation. That means the nation recognizes Christianity as it's offical religion, we practise Christianity...doesn't mean everyone is a Christian, doesn't mean everyone is forced to be a Christian and doesn't mean everyone that claims to be from the Bahamas is a Christian. The Laws of The Bahamas recognizes the Christian Faith, the majority of its laws are compose from Christianity. So, even though, you maybe a Jew, Muslim, Hindu or Buddhist if you are living in The Bahamas you must respect its Laws which happens to be Christian!!! My beliefs and rights happens in this situation to be in agreement with the law of the land. If you don't like The Bahamas and Christianity you are welcomed to stay were you are in America."

My point in being in The Bahamas you have to obey their laws which happens to be based from Christianity, even though not every practises it.

Uh where does it say that the Bahamas is a Christian Nation???

Chapter 3 22. (1) Except with his consent, no person shall be hindered in
the enjoyment of his freedom of conscience, and for the purposes
of this Article the said freedom includes freedom of thought and of
religion, freedom to change his religion or belief and freedom,
either alone or in community with others, and both in public and in
private, to manifest and propagate his religion of belief in worship,
teaching, practice and observance.
(2) Except with his consent (or, if he is a person who has
not attained the age of eighteen years, the consent of his
guardian) no person attending any place of education shall be
required to receive religious instruction or to take part in or attend
any religious ceremony or observance of that instruction,
ceremony or observance relates to a religion other than his own.
(3) No religious body or denomination shall be prevented
from or hindered in providing religious instruction for persons of
that body of denomination in the course of any education provided
by that body or denomination whether or not that body or
denomination is in receipt of any government subsidy, grant or
other form of financial assistance designed to meet, in whole or in
part, the cost of such course of education.
(4) No person shall be compelled to take any oath which is
contrary to his religion or belief of to take any oath in a manner
which is contrary to his religion or belief.

Which means in simple terms your religious laws are yours and not mine and can't be forced on me or anyone else. They are not the laws of the Bahamas and never will be.

I am wounder if you are thinking of the preamble??

THE CONSTITUTION OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF THE
COMMONWEALTH OF THE BAHAMAS
WHEREAS Four hundred and eighty-one years ago the rediscovery of this Family of
Islands, Rocks and Cays heralded the rebirth of the New World;
AND WHEREAS the People of this Family of Islands recognizing that the
preservation of their Freedom will be guaranteed by a national commitment to Selfdiscipline,
Industry, Loyalty, Unity and an abiding respect for Christian values and
the Rule of Law;
NOW KNOW YE THEREFORE:
We the Inheritors of and Successors to this Family of Islands, recognizing the
Supremacy of God and believing in the Fundamental Rights and Freedoms of the
Individual, DO HEREBY PROCLAIM IN SOLEMN PRAISE the Establishment of a
Free and Democratic Sovereign Nation founded on Spiritual Values and in which no
Man, Woman or Child shall ever be Slave or Bondsman to anyone or their Labour
exploited or their Lives frustrated by deprivation, AND DO HEREBY PROVIDE by
these Articles for the indivisible Unity and Creation under God of the Commonwealth
of The Bahamas.

That could be it but it does not say Christian Nation. oh but thats only the preamble and it is not not law of any kind.

You can play word games all you want it changes nothing. I use the medical political and commonly correct terms as I have studied the subject which you have not.
If I were to use some of the real medical terms you and others would be lost.

You have studied??

Please, where did you earn your MA?? PhD??

Or did you just read it on the internet like everyone else did?? Did you study genetics?? Behaviorism?? Where?? Which university?? How many years have you spent studying sexual behaviorism?? Which test group did you use for your findings??

Get real. Quit fooling yourself.

You still don't even know what amorphism is, but you probably'll google it tonite. I can name at least 20 to 30 books I've read and I still have in my library that studies homosexuality alone. I can scan a photo of the library if you which. I even tried to lead you to the HGP study on genetics and sexuality -- which is the latest research known to man. But just like before you dismissed it because it doesn't champion your agenda. And its actual intelligent data that you can't seem to process.

You've punched holes in logic??

When??

Where??

Did I mention you burning in hell??

I don't remember calling you sexual predators -- but I assume this is how you punch hole in my logic. By turning me into a beast by lying about what I've said in this thread.

Biggy:

Is this what you mean by rational??

actually the laws shouldnt represent any religion, laws are put in place to protect its citizens ... things like stealing, killing, raping, etc, should be common sense that they are wrong, regardless of any religious views.

Or did you just read it on the internet like everyone else did?? Did you study genetics?? Behaviorism?? Where?? Which university?? How many years have you spent studying sexual behaviorism?? Get real. Quit fooling yourself.
You still don't even know what amorphism is, Not hard to figuer out the word, it has the syllable morph. But yes I did look it up to make sure I understood how you were thinking. Look I may have dyslexia and it stoped me from graduating high school but that does not mean I could not study. I know I read slowly when comprehension is important. I know my splleing is messed up especially when I am tired. (yeppi spell check) but you probably'll google it tonite. I can name at least 20 to 30 books I've read and I still have in my library that studies homosexuality alone. Wow you that intrested in homosexual!?!?!?!?! Books by who homosexual or str8 people who think they can think like a homosexual. Or Books about homosexualality via studying heterosexuals. I can scan a photo of the library if you which. I have a library to I can take a picture to if you wishI even tried to lead you to the HGP study on genetics and sexuality -- I looked in to it but there is nothing as to the effect of hormones effect on the genes and fetus in the womb. Researchers repeat over and over agian its not just genes but genes and hormones. Genes are the building blocks but hormones are the brick layers. Genes may be the wires but hormones are the electricians. That might help you.which is the latest research known to man. But just like before you dismissed it because it doesn't champion your agenda. And its actual intelligent data that you can't seem to process.

So please try again
