Seeking a toy poodle to stud.

Dog must be:
up to date on all vaccinations required by veterinarians,
in good phsyical & mental health,
no more than 10 inches at withers (preferably clear Toy Poodle),
meets it's A.K.C (American Kennel Club) breed standard by atleast 85%.
a solid color preferablly black (but quality of dog will way more than color).
