Forgive my ignorance, but when did homosexuality become "OK" in the Bahamas. It's amazing to me how such a wrong action seems to be considered a norm and the fact that it's being defended and avocated is even worse. I'm sorry I'm not as progressive and liberal as the modern world has become but this scene is ridiuclous in the Bahamas. Bahamians truly like to "follow fashion", this place say it "OK" so Bahamians must say so too. Ridiculous! Homosexuality is wrong, no matter which way you choose to look at it, and please don't give me that "If you love the person..." crap. If you love a particular person of that nature, grab some balls and tell them that it's wrong, because you love them don't make it right. Because someone loves you don't make it right, they want the best for you and they gone let you know where ya' headed. This is how we get terms like "gay" and "lesbian" now, pretty up what ya' doin'. Bull****, if you're homosexual, say "homosexual" dammit and accept ya' damn 'sin'. As for the 'rights' thing, that's bull, you have a right to be a man or a woman, to live and to die, if ya's man and ya' wan' sleep wit' man or vice versa, accept your choice, and be ready to accept the consequences that go along with it. This 'rights' ya'll shovin' down people throat is you tellin' us ya'll make the decision and because you don't like the consequences that go along, you want society to make it 'right' for you. Men marry women, bottom line, FATHER and MOTHER, bottom line. As far as I can see, twisted ideals are being forced on society so yinna' fa**ots could do ya' mess wit'out da' hassle. Ya' made ya' choice, accept all the s**t that goes along with it.

I used to listen to the Neil Rodgers show out of south florida a long time ago and happened to be listening at about around the time he came out of the closet.Neil subsequently did a number of shows in which homosexuals claimed to have always been homosexual from the time that they know themselves just like heterosexuals have always been heterosexulas. It was a very persuasive argument, yet I was appalled on a recent visit to Nassau when I saw how many young men seem to be homosexual, way above the 3% (so it seems) normally found in any population. This phenomenon really needs to be studied.

I do not know if the information was provided on this site, but I do recall someone doing a study of homosexuals in a particular population in Europe. The study found that women who were unusually stressed during preganancy were more likely to have a homosexual child, and that a huge population of homosexuals were born around the time of world war two. extrapolate that to our situation of young women having babies, and fewer and fewer loving, two parent homes, and we see that may be why there are so many homosexuals in our population, if the study was unbiased and can be applied here.What then are we going to do about it because the problem of babies having babies is not getting any better.
