we often wonder why there is an increase in the spread of stds,well some men cant seem to control their hormones,some are married,within committed relationships and feel that they have the need to harras anything the passes with a bump on thier chest,and some hair on their head,any female,ugly,or not.sickly,with another guy,they just feel they must seek,smack nasty kisses,or constantly harrass you as u walk on the streets.some men,almost get in accidents,or hold up traffic trying to holla at a girl.some women do not appreciate this and this has to stop.these bahamian men are too disgusting,and act too desperate.why cant women just be told hello and thats that,instead of constantly harrassed,making them feel uncomfortable to walk the streets because they fear they may be harrassed,and maybe raped.bahamian men need to control their hornmones,and learn how to approach women,no matter how they carry themselves.:mad:

nothing kills me more than when lil boys (imitating the older men they see ofcourse) do that same stupidness. Boys learn to disrespect women from these men, be it their brothers, fathers, cousins, uncles, whatever...

in all fairness there's 2 sides 2 the coin,yes males usually are the initiator and nothin wrong with that,if a man spit the game and the females eat-it-up and give-it-up that's not the man's fault,men are harrassed by women 2,we don't complain about it.

Its really a powerful and negative thing. I see classmates from school on the street as im walking or driving by and i try to get their attention or flag them down and they are so used to men harrasing them that they assume that thats what im doing and wont even look my way..... i have to actually go stand in front of them and say Hey "" its me...from."". Before they look up and realize im not one of the harrassers. And yall know im not one!!! :shhh:

So i can only imagine how prevalent and burdensome it must be. But alternatively i do often see some beautiful women dressed in the most revealing outfits (and even some ugly one causing sore eyes) and you got to wonder.... how do you know where to draw the line. It gets to be a gray area.

I believe dress code has its place. But if a woman has it she should be free to flant it if she wants to. If she flants it she should expect that it will draw attention. She should also know not all that will be attracted are what she wants.
When a fisherman baits up the water to attracked fish sometimes sharks come as well.
Oh and just so you "guys" know it is not easy or cheap dressing like that.

Agreed in most instances. God made women beings of influence..women dont understand the power they have and they ultimately use it in a way that would destroy them.

Listen some men would harass a woman if she was in a comely nun's attire, i.e covered from head to toe. No excuses! Some men today simply lack respect for any woman (dressed sluttish or not). Men like these have been tuaght to respond to their most primal instincts, instead of resorting to their cognitive abilities of reason and decision making.

Agreed..that doesnt mean women dont have a role to play in this whole dynamic. If you read my earlier posts you would see where I already put the well-known issue of some men not having respect for women to bed.

The problem with women though is that they dont want to accept the part they play in being disrepected. While some men will treat you like meat no matter what, the flip side to that too is that if you, as a woman, act like a slut, you will get treated like one.
