man, someone give this man a website he can check out. Once you don't purchase any land on or off of East Street I happy...That area for Bahamians only...some Haitians and Jamaicans too...but mainly Bahamians...
p.s...I does get scared of any person I don't know using the word infidel...

Exactly: I always wondered why the Muslims called others infidels. Outside the literaral meaning of the word, I surmise it best describes one who makes categorical assumption about others without giving the individual an opportunity to merit the word. “Hasty Generalization”. But you my friend is an infidel as merited by your action. Do you have any oceanfront which you do not live near? Thank you,

imagine a bag with 100k...wow...
you know, just hereuh take this...
one would call that drug dealer money
or Arab money...only them does carry around that type of money to buy things cash

Better yet imagine if you had purchase some of the oceanfront which your uncle sold to the white men for a 16 once Budweiser. You will be selling to me for a 100,000 walking away living large. “Waist is terrible thing to mind” my friend. Don’t waist those neurons on philosophical issues. Do you have or know any one who has? Thank you,

anyone? blame it on me being too much of a skeptic...:sarcastic

Ok Talifahai or Taliban, I see you are the grammar police. What is it about your name that always seems to enforce and oppress just like the Taliban’s oppression of women. What good gain you is this lecture. A fetal kinetic cerebral pulse. Shut the hell- up or put to use the waisted cerebral impulse and go look for oceanfront lot which you can sell me. Thank you,

I agree.... mama musse need to do Bahamahost before being allowed to purchase land in the Bahamas. And this whole "I ga make u rich fa finding me land in ya country" approach is a insult to me. My thinking is that if money was no concern and proving legitimacy was no issue; and something as simple as Google search does exist; most if not all of our reputable Real Estate company's have websites. Now if it's a hookup you looking for that's another thing. Personally we seeling too much prime real estate to non- Bahamians. We need to put a serious moratorium on selling land to non- Bahamians. That's just my view plain n simple...........

Ok diaria, you will take as much as you dish-out. I apologize for offending your sensibility. 99% of Bohemians are kind, gracious, and hospitable. My people. Yes is true that money does not buy you happiness or for that matter piece or love. I did not announce to anyone that I won the lotto. In fact I believe I said afordable oceanfront. I am sick and tired of a few blacks around the world that have cavities in their cerebral Cortez. We need to learn like the Indian and the Asians, how to adapt and eat others lunch instead of ours always getting eaten on the global stage. Refer to my first post. Does it say give me your account and I will make a deposit or meat me in the back alleys of east street to make a deal? Let me give you a scenario. Had this been Korean Issue site and I posted I am looking for oceanfront cash, I believe I would have had responses like this. My friend how much are you will to spend, Where are you coming from, the market is very heated this days. My name is chin, let me know how I can help realize your dream. Responses like this would not mean they like me or give a **** about me. It mean they are about business and taking care of their families, race, and sensibility. There are a few black folks with cavities in their cerebral Cortez around the world. They infect and corrode the blessings God bestowed on the black men and women. Black is Beautiful not Dump, Ignorant, Intolerant, or belligerent. Courage and Godspeed to my people around the world fighting to overcome the Diaspora of such decadence. Adapt my people! or perish.

that is insulting.
Did

Did I hurt your feelings? You are big boy, you can take it. Think before you speak. Refer to your first comment. Go sit under a coconut tree, maybe one will knock your coconut and return you to the right side of the black race.

@Mama

The issue of foreign ownership of land in the Bahamas has been a hot topic for years. Many Bahamians are concerned that the vast amount of foreign owned land in the Bahamas will eventually marginalize us in our own country as a result. It is a very legitimate concern, so you must excuse some of the brash responses. 'We sensitive bout we tings'

Now you mention race, which I believe most Bahamians are not so much concerned about. White, Black, Asian, etc. we would prefer that Bahamians are the majority bearers of land titles in this country, so that future generations can fully enjoy this little peace of paradise in their own right.

Now if you are that serious about purchasing land in this country, I would suggest that you seek out other avenues than just this website. We have numerous realtors on this island who would be more than willing to help you in your quest.

If you find that you hit a dead end in the quest for land in the Bahamas, there is always the rest of the Caribbean that is also majority black. Because you see the Bahamas is not the only country for sale in the region.

What is this? I believe this section of the site is called "Real-Estate" not Dean Warwick Psychic connection. Please my lovely people, stop the rant. I am not looking forward to developing your idea of utopia, just a home, my home. Be happy for me that the Lord has blessed me to be able to live in tranquility and to have a chance to realize a dream. I wish you and your family's endeavors well. If you have "oceanfront or bay-front" at an affordable price that you wish to sell, pass it on otherwise liveto fight another day. Blessed are those who see the goodness in fellowmen. In them resides internal light of goodness that shines the path for humanity even at this grave hour. God bless, Thank you! !!!!!!!!

Check the yellow pages for real estate man........or try good ol google. I can sell u some stuff but you cant afford my price

Great post. What is interesting about this entire thread is that I sent a pm to Mama with some info about a realtor and the lawyer for the owner of a property on GB. I'm sorry I did having read the posts in reply to Taffy and some of the others. I dont believe that you need to be looking here Mama if you think so little of us. Many of your comments are offensive.

For those of you with short memory, let me remind you a few things. This has gone beyond a property search. But I need to address what is short sidedness among some of your posting. People, before you reply to any of this post read it in its entirety. I will respond to every reply. If you are sensible and have your opinion, weather I agree with it our not I can listen. If you do not want to be civilized then I will respond in kind to defend myself. Every action has a reaction.

To those who have been reading my post I am sure you have realized I respond to those who can have a civilized conversation in kind. And those who want to insult and ridicule they receive a lesson a also.

Yes we are discussing a very touchy subject. Haves and have not and invasion and land grab of foreigner. This issue has been an emotionally charged topic. In America today, some are try to prevent Latinos and Central Americans from coming over. Europeans are trying to keep middle easterners and Africans from Europe. There is no shame in ones sense of national pride or for that matter exclusionary feeling. However; one does not have to degrade, dehumanize another in order to make this point. I pleaded with those who ranted and ridicule with their insults. When you receive fire from all direction, the only thing to do is circle the wagon and fire back. As to those of you feeling your country is being invaded and taken over, let me shear this you.

In the US today there is large majority who want the so called illegal immigrants removed from the country and a wall build between Mexico and US. I will not offer my view on this debate, but what I have observe weather in the US, Europe or the Bahamas, those who hold this sentiment of invasions of foreigners, tend to be those disenfranchise in their Owen county. Please let me explain. This group are disenfranchise in a sense that they do not see benefit from the newcomers, and feel that they don’t even enjoy some of the privileges or benefits that the newcomers are afforded. For example, low skilled worker in America complain Mexicans are taking over the construction Jobs. Europeans perceive Middle Easterner and Africans form ethnic enclaves, unwilling to melt into their western culture.

I have recently learned that some Bohemians have sense of foreign invasions and land Grab. I have given it some thought came a conclusions that in all this societies there are some who seek to benefit from the newcomers at the peril of those who oppose them. The Irony is that the few minority who benefits voice outweigh the opposing majority in all cases. Take for instance US. The cooperate owners who benefit from the so called illgal immigrants , do so in lower wagers, no social security payment or health care benefits to the immigrant workers, and do not want border control. They hold political and judicial influence against the will of the majority of the people. So the immigrants keep coming seeking better lives.
For the sake of time I will only address the Bohemian invasions. Is a small world with very few resources? Yours is that of God’s blessing of serene water and temperate climate. As rich men once said “if work was fun’ the rich would have bought plenty of it”. Well, serenity and tranquility is fun. And the rich are buying it in the Bahamas.

But to those of you who feel your country is being taking over, I asked? Is your voice a majority or a minority? If you are a majority then why are your politicians pushing for foreign investment in all areas. I read about 60% percent of your nations GDP(income) is derived from foreigners. Well, I say to you, I don’t know how you can have it both ways. I won’t your money, not you deify logic. Are the laws of foreign investment this way in the Bahamas because a few majorities are benefiting from them?

All this lead me to ask one question: Who is more foolish? The voter who votes in the politician, who sets the nations policy against the voters will or the voter who elects him at his own peril?

Mama, can you resort to utilizing the correct proper noun.

Bahamian (n): Native of the Bahamas.

Bohemian (n): 1. Native or inhabitant of Bohemia. 2. A person who lives and acts without regard for conventional rules and practices.
