Getting rid of them isn't going to be easy. First-the GBPA is a private entity-it would take a VERY special act of Government to re-arrange it's mandate that was awarded with the signing of Hawkbill Creek. It would take a LOT of work, money and time, if, in fact, it could be done.
Second: These folks are entrenched. They don't have to go, and I'm sure that money will talk in the end and everything will be settled 'amicably'. They know where their bread and butter lies, and right now they see projects such as Ginn, Oleson's Marina and the proposed hotel re-opening at Royal Oasis as a licence to print money.
Don't count on them packing their bags any day soon....:cutie:

Exactly!! she didnt kick up while he was alive..but now that he's gone suddenly she has a genuine interest in Freeport and the GBPA? SMT.
Edward's second wife has a signed and legally binding agreement that half of his estate would be hers - so she got a case to pursue.
Caroline on the other hand just mad because her millions een as many millions as she would like it to be...dis time people in Freeport hurtin and they there trying to make things worse by showin a wibe like the city aint a safe place to invest in.
