But most of us dont believe that. We believe we voted in men and women to become lords over us and decide what we should and should not know, have and do.

Second, if it has not been given the stamp of approval by the Ministry or the PS, technically it is not a report.
So we have to ascertain, whether or not the report was available with stamp of approval to be released, or just a finished piece of work, that only needed a stamp of approval.
If it was made available, through the proper chanel "and I would seriously bet that a report of this magnitude would have to go through the proper chanel" then you bloodthirsty pit-bulls have a case.
Other than that, fire that bum who decided to take the law into his own hands.
The FNM and BDM and CDR can allways moan about, how long it is taking for the report to be released. But, once it has not yet reached for the stamp of approval, nothing can be done about it.

Laws are made to protect the citizens .. if this is a law, who is it protecting by not allowing the citizens to veiw the findings of something that already happened. We already know the prison is a disgrace, thats nothing classified.

They dont enforce the simplest laws for more serious crimes, yet they would
like to waste our money over something that every citizen has a right to know. This isnt some office word document with a companies accounts and clients on it, this is something that concerns us all, this is something we were not allowed to research ourselves for lack of access to the prison and witnesses. It was done on OUR buck and we are entitled to hear the findings now, actually a while ago, not 2-10 years from now ... The government is slow and this time they got caught with their pants down.

Need to check the law on that, i wouldnt really know, though seeing as most of our laws are pre-digital age, and more serious laws are never enforced, i doubt it. In fact even if it is against the law, it is more than hypocritical for the government (whichever agency) to go after anyone on this .. its just sad and pathetic when they don enforce the more serious crimes.

Dont worry bout that, me voting or not voting for any political party has nothing to do with it, this has absolutely nothing to do with FNM, PLP, or whoever else ... this is to do with government agencies, companies, not political parties, and i am paying their salary as much as anyone else is, we all have a say in everything they do.
