lol...

Man in class we discussed breifly on how much BTC was spending on all this advertisement. why all that (suffocating) advertising if they are like still the only phone company on many islands? That money needs to come out of the ads and into fixing GSM. I mean its a friggin 24 x 7 island....a dot. You cant provide total coverage on a dot.....and you want to compare yourselves to major phone companies who has has responsibility over coverage on a massive continent that just drops one or two calls.....you have people who cant dial here! RETARDS!!!!

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :what: :what:

.......man canewry why you got me started?

"GSM- Short for Global System for Mobile Communications, one of the leading digital cellular systems."

it really is not GSM that has a problem. it is BTC who can't give good service.
GSM will always work, as it does in many other countries, if the providers can keep it up & running.

Quite tru! The reason all carriers are switching to GSM,has to do wit the number of calls it can handle, compared to TMDA;therefore more profitable. The quality of the GSM signals are not as reliable.

I heard someone from BATELCO say the other day that every time they try to erect cell towers residents complain and block their attempts (I guess through the courts). It must be difficult for them to locate appropriate sites for the towers. Perhaps the solution is to identify tall buildings and pay the owners to mount the necessary equipment on their roof. They could pay me to put their equipment on my roof. It'd help with the bills.

We were just talking about how the Quick Cell is always up, you think it's because people went to GSM and the channels are free???
