I know it is political season but we must begin to develop our country as a whole and move away from the tribalism that seems to exist in our community. In making your decisions the next time at the polls please let TRUTH be your guide in your decision making process. . . .

To experience and express the power of trust . . .
One must recognize the difference between fact and fiction.
To determine TRUTH!

Most of us live our lives based on facts. Some facts are based on actual knowledge and experience. Others are grounded in speculation. Truth always unfolds into a deeper understanding. Facts are often defended with statistics that support the position being promoted. Truth, which cannot be measured, needs no defense. In our day-to-day experience of living, we often fail to recognize or understand that there is a major difference between a fact and the truth.

A fact is a temporary condition or situation. The truth is a constant presence. A fact is subject to change or alteration. The truth is immutable. It never changes. A fact can represent the truth, or it can be based solely on speculation. The truth represents the power and the presence of Spirit. Facts stimulate the intellect. Truth opens the heart. A fact begins with a premise that unites more facts to prove a conclusion. The truth is the conclusion, the understanding which colors or clouds facts. A fact can be ignored, resisted or denied. The truth must be reckoned with. You can never trust facts. You can always trust the truth.

The fact is that most of us live our lives based on facts. The truth is, until you understand that there is truth about you of which you may be unaware, you will not able to move beyond the influence of facts. Hopefully, this fact will change as you learn to trust that there is a deeper level of truth that exists and is available to you.

Until today, you may have accepted certain facts about yourself and life as the truth. Just for today, set an intention to know the truth about yourself. Ask that the power of the truth allows you to move beyond certain debilitating facts with grace and ease.

Today pledge to be devoted to living the truth of your being!

One's philosophy is not best expressed in words; it is expressed in the choices one makes. In the long run, we shape our lives and we shape ourselves. The process never ends until we die. And, the choices we make are ultimately our own responsibility.

I can understand how people should live according to the "TRUTH" in their personal lives, but when applied in a political context you have to remember that "TRUTH" is defined by perception and perception is a relative thing. Consequently, the "TRUTH" for me and the "TRUTH" for are not necessarily the same, therefore it isn't absolute.
