nice but the photos on those website pages need to be properly resized with an image editor like photoshop. it seems they were uploaded full size then squeezed down on the website to make them appear smaller when in fact they are really huge. this is causing your pages to load very slowly.
right click on the homepage photo and save/download it. then open it and you will see how large they are. if you make them smaller before adding them to your website then your pages will open much much faster.
