I hope any business people, who are looking for talented folks will read this, and give some folk a break.

It is free, so if any of them are presntly working while looking for a job; they should take it up with the administrator of the site.
:taped2:

The sad thing about it is, there are a heap of kids applying, but if you search for the employer's looking...well, you see what I mean!

my thing is these people can help change the face of our country if they were used...some type of management trainee program would be welcoming...because if these people cant get placed...they leaving! and who can blame them? this who you know...and not what you know MO is very discouraging and it only hurts not helps.

Hmm some of those resumes are at least 2 years old, none the less bright students (i know a few of them). But nice database they got there.

It's encouraging to see a resource for young Bahamian professionals to post resumes on.

I think that it is time that we move ahead in the way we think and do business. A lot of the younger talent coming out of high school and college now live in the digital revolution that is today and are easily accessed via e-mail and internet.

It is now time for Bahamian businesses to step up to the plate and put someone in place in the Human Resources Deptartments to find this talent.

Gone are the days of looking in the "Help Wanted" and "Position Wanted" sections of the classified of the local papers.

It's sad you only noticed faults! Totally disregarded the bright minds we have out there! Sad!
