No place can be 100% secured. People "try" to escape American prisons all the time.
The thing is with our prison system is that, the prison guards are probably very familiar with the prisoners anyways. This can lead to trouble and issues.

We may need to move Fox Hill, to a remote cay. Yes, it may cost us a pretty penny to move prisoners up and down. But, if we limit the amount of deposit trips to the cay, we can make it cost effective or at least, at minimal cost to the people. I would much rather, pay the extra to have it moved from the middle of society; rather than have it in the middle of a very dense area like Fox-Hill and Seabreeze Est's.

With that, we can make Fox Hill into a more reform kind of centre as opposed to the end of the line. We can have more low risk prisoners at Fox Hill along with giving us a few more options.

Mox Fox Hill prison to another island, may work out for us.

Just listened to the news earlier.... Is this the first woman in our Prison history (post Independence) to have escaped from HMP?

And why our prison guards seem betta at capture than detainment?

Besides the reason she was able to escape at all is because someone did not do what they were supposed to do and lock the gate. Any plan is only as good as the personnel implementing it. The sickening sh!t is that in a few days the same prison officer that fell down on the job regarding securing that gate will be interviewed by The Tribune and tell them how inadequate the security systems are at HMP.

I just watched the news and the new recruit said that ALL 75 of the new recruits jumped the wall in pursuit and caught the prisoner. I guess the public money isn't being wasted after all. All they have to do now, is just keep the gates locked:eek:
