am trying to help a bahamian friend with his commercial project on cat island, but can't seem to get a straight story from bec as to going kwh rates for bigger developments ... folks in cat island say .40/kwh, eleuthera folks say .15/kwh. nassau doesn't seem to want to say at all, which makes me wonder what's happening. anyone on the board have an idea as to what's going on?
