I so hope to God that I am wrong but the man I know to be De Redhead was killed this morning (about one am) in an accident in Carmichael Road.
He was heading west when he was hit by a truck that was overtaking and heading east. He died at the scene. The persons (6) in the other two vehicles involved were all rushed to hospital. One is listed in serious condition.

Actually he is my uncle, and yeah they just dedicated the baby last weekend...mind you, I did not put two and two together that 'De redhead' my uncle and 'De redhead' on BI are probably one and the same till when I was thinking bout how me and him aint ga row bout politics no more.

He was your uncle? My condolences to you and his family ( esp his wife and children), I know he is in a better place. On BI we had our differences with politics but we had couple similarities as well. Boy, life so real even if you online. A sad day for the BI family indeed.

Yeah I believe so. He joined onbahamas when I had only made the site known to BI members which was 03 Sep 2006. He lives out Adelaide Village which explains why he was heading west (probably going home).
