I have just read the plp today&tomorrow paper and i must say great new for the enterer country.but not one major project for the island of ANDROS.
As an Androsian i would like to know why?why is this island being left out of this so call economic winfall? THIRTYFIVE YEARS this island as supported the plp and yet nothing is being done for the people of ANDROS.A LITTLE INVESTMENT WOULD BE A BIG HELP.what do we need to do ,tell us and we will do it."come on ."...

Andros island is unique, there is no place geographically like it in the world...
it has at least five different 'habitats' including...mud flats...the creeks and mangroves....ooids at the jolters....
andros is one of the only places in the world where new land is forming...not volcanic action....i stood on rocks that were only four hundred years old....
the blue holes.....

and andros produces fresh water....we ship approximately 8 mil gallons a day....

development on the island needs to be environmentally sustainable...

i went camping in south andros a year ago....and andros needs economic rescuing, but it has to be well planned...

andros is the most sacred and special place in the world...
astronauts say from space andros is the most beautiful place in the world....

i so agree with what you said here but people have to eat.Andros is just not beautifull from space but every visitor that come here don't want to leave.
