Management of this company needs to look seriously at their customer service representative. I had the displeasure of dealing with one of the most rude, arrogant and un-cooperative person ever. I suggest the company CEO needs to send J--- to a customer service oriented course because he is bad for their business. I will never do business with this Company again based on service given by J---!!!! I also ask for a customer complaint form that was in clear view but it was not given to me!!!! Poor Poor service!!!!:hot:

Rather than slandering the company, why don't you explain what happened?Purchased some block to have them delivered to a site the following day after driving a few miles to my home got a call from the company asking if I can accomadate them by going back to the site to receive my blocks today. Got out of my bed went back to the site. when I got there a small load of fresh blocks was on site, I assumed they went to get the balance. A few minutes later I got a call on my cell phone asking directions. I was confused because if they had just delivered the blocks I was looking at why ask for directions. I gave the directions(company was given specific direction upon my purchase) When the truck arrive the driver had my full order( I placed a few hours ealier) on his truck upon inspection of the mystery blocks sitting on my property he told me that pile was also from his company. I called the company back to see who had ordered the first lot of blocks to be delivered to my site the customer service person promptly stated he did not have any other delivery in my area that day( I had been on the site only 3 hours earlier and those blocks were not there) I assumed it was a wrong delivery and I wanted the matter cleared up before leaving my site . Put a long story short after about 6 calls to the company they found out the blocks were purchased for me I asked the driver not to offload about 200 blocks which would have been too much and called the company back to seek reimbursement. I was told quite frankly no!! I accomodated this company at the spur of the moment ( remember deliver was set for the following day) my situation was a unique one! had I refuse to accept my order that day, I would have been call them and ask them to reduce by order and make arrangement to collectmy cash refund. If this is not poor service then what is?

how many blocks did you order originally? And how much did the order cost?

the blocks I ordered was 800 for a cost of about $1100.00
