"13th Annual Bahamas National Trust (BNT) Wine and Art Festival at BNT headquarters, "The Retreat," on Village Rd., opposite Queenıs College. The popular event featured 55 wines from around the world, all provided by Bristol Wines & Spirits, and a selection of art and artists from around the Bahamas, all to benefit The Bahamas National Trust in its effort to preserve and protect Bahamian natural and architectural treasures. Here, BNT Education Officer Lynn Gape and Bristol Pommery Brand Manager, Brian Major, congratulate each other on another successful Festival. The Pommery Brut Royal, "Good with everything," was a big hit as the climax to the Festival."

Ok, having a 'during the day drunk fest'! And cars parking all over the road, and most of them driving home on the public roads drunk afterwords, Hmmm, sounds like helping the enviroment to me, or is it, helping the enviroment but endagering the innocent bystandanders who do not get drunk and drive during the middle of a saturday or sunday afternoon! Drink all you want, im no saint in that area, but dont endager others by driving home, or park all over the sideawalk (illegal), and block busy saturday afternoon traffic on village road, take it some where else.

right opposite a school none the less!! Pathetic!

Sounds similar to those heineken and bacardi drunk fests they have where people drive their boats almost unconcious drunk after a day in the sun drinking bacardi or beer! And the really smart government here approves all this without ensuring the safety of others, noone to check for driving / boating under the influence, no cops nowhere, just the normal do what you want, THERE IS NO LAW IN THE BAHAMAS!! oh and that would translate to forget everyon else, have no manners or respect for others, just do what you want. Just another WILD WILD WEST day in beautiful lil nassau!!!@
