so when do yo all think we'll get some street lights that actually work!

every day i see orange / red blinking lights, and the other day PI bridge/Mackey Street light was changing every 1 car that passed through, now shirley st and village rd light today was doing the same thing, making people actually have to run the light, but wait, there wasnt even a light on one side, no orange, no green, no red, no nothing! so legally it wasnt running the red light!! Wouldnt have known it coming from the one that had a working green light. and who would be to blame in an accident, could they have sued the ministry of works! Yah right! :D

traffic in this city is getting worse by the day because of too many cars and too many people with either no legit driving licences or none at all or they just cant drive. Time for change is now, or things will just get worse, and things in this city will just get slower and slower and or never get done, due to this problem.

Rory, I have said it before and I will say it again. What our roads need is proper policing. As it stands now the only thing the cops seem to be doing is the occasional speed trap. These traps are easy to avoid. We all know the times when they are not on the street - when it rains, when it is too hot, at night, early in the morning. When they are out, there are two officers with radar guns, two or three other officers, a couple of motorcycle cops, one or two police cars. The whole thing stands out like a sore thumb! How they catch anyone is a miracle.

In most countries, when a traffic light is out, a cop directs traffic until the light is fixed. But we have no cops to spare and no one to fix the lights in a timely manner. We are stuck until the "powers at be" take policing the roads seriously. Don't look for that soon!

Drive carefully - we are out there on our own.
