I was at the grocery store about an hour ago and just as I was coming out this teenage boy got into a fight with a young girl and started viciously beating her up just outside the store. It was quite a scene. Other teenage boys jumped in and tried to stop him from beating the girl up, and were insulting him as being a punk for trying to fight a girl.

And I thought to myself, just what kind of environment did he come from that he would try to beat up a girl in public, surrounded by a bunch of people (some of whom got tussled in the fight). He was fighting her like he was trying to kill her!

yeah you wonder where all the anger comes from indeed...its more than about home training...its about respect for women.

Just a matter of no discipline! I am reminded of a quote "It doesn't take a whole village to raise a child right, but it does take a parent to stand up to the kid; and smack their little behinds when necessary, and say "NO!" - ANDY ROONEY.

well, i think what most of you are failing to realize is that these kids don't have any home training b/c they don't live in homes. houses, yes. homes, no. just because you have a roof over your head...does not mean you have a home.

gone are the days when parents were the prime example of how their children should live.

well, i take that back. maybe they are the prime examples....hence their children's disgusting behaviour. lol. i mean, seriously...you can't expect a hoodrat to raise a gentleman. that's not her idea of a man. she can't help but to mold her son into being the type of man that she's attracted to. that's all she knows.

but either way...it all starts with the parents. and there's just no getting around that.

You all know how sticky some woman mouth could be....
She probably say something out of line..."your mama"..that kind of thing, and she got roasted for it.

Well, fighting is not my speed. But, some people do not have that kind of will power. In light of this, one should tread carefully at all times.

lol. i got'cha. *making a mental note not to step on Mr. YK2Bad's toes* personally, i think you should fight words with words. but i guess if you're incapable of doing so.....duking it out is the next option.

personally, regardless of whether she provoked him or not, i think it's sad that it ended in violence.

I guess reading in full is not your fortay. Here is what I said in full.

Well, fighting is not my speed

You "got me" now?

personally, regardless of whether she provoked him or not, i think it's sad that it ended in violence.

Sad you are indeed. Typical fence sitter and you just wasted bandwidth, to start a nonsensical war and attack on me. Oh yes, I can smell an arrogant arse a mile away. You taunt is obvious, even if you did or did not understand what I said...

Next time ask why did it really end in violence?
I remember the Times magazine photo, where their was a photo of a Vietnamese general, shooting a Vietcom in the head...or something like that.

Everyone thought hte picture was cruel and unusual. But, little did they know that the guy who was shot in the head, had just two hours earlier killed that generals entire family...incuding his sweet dear Grandmother; wife, kids and the dog.

Now tell me, condoning violence is bad. But, in some cases...where we deal with adults, you had better defend yourself because, not everyone has the decency to be spoken to with good words and have it understood to them, that they will stop thier madness.

Sometimes, it happens with alot of people who are short of patience, you get dealt with. Which is why, ME PERSONALLY DO NOT FIGHT...and...I DON'T FALK WITH PEOPLE ON THE WHOLE. Something you should learn.:dunce:
But I would defend myself and prefer not to judge someone, unless all the facts against why they did what they did, come to light...

Or is weighing all of the evidence a bit too much for you to handle?

okay, first things first, sir...reading in full is indeed a forte of mine. maybe spelling isn't one of yours. but i digress. secondly, your message wasn't long enough for me to skim over....so reading it in full was not a problem for me.

maybe it was my fault for reading more into your words and assuming that you were one for verbal altercations. hence, my remark regarding 'not stepping on your toes'. gee, i must be clairvoyant.

you don't know me personally, so you had no way of knowing that i was being sarcastic in regards to 'fighting being the next option'. so, i'll dismiss your comment about being a fence sitter.

you sir, are the sad one if you truly believed that i was starting a war or attack on you.

and to quote a now infamous "net cliche": don't you know that arguing on the internet is like running in the Special Olympics. even if you win, you're still retarded.

so....continue to take your victory lap, yk2. you've earned it. ;)

Bey you need a prescription for chill pills ya know. Homegal wasn't attacking you; did you understand her post? She basically made a joke, sided WITH you, then concluded that it was still uncalled for, for the guy to physically abuse the girl.

Now after your angry response, she took offense, and the whole dialogue got muddy.

Muddasick dred...take it easy man.
