Our thoughtful good thinking Bahamians at Bahamas Blog - has given us the qquestion to ask.... Here is what we want you to do. If a PLP candidate knocks on your door asking for your vote, ask the following questions:
1) Where is the Prison Escape report?
2) Where is the public details of the fight in the cabinet room?
3) Where is the Baggage Handlers inquiry that Crisco Butt promised?
4) Why has the government not made public the secret clauses of the various Heads of Agreement, including the ones for Baha Mar?
5) When will the government release the data for the contracts for the Ministry of Housing?
6) What is the hold-up for the PLP candidates list -- it was promised last week?
7) When is the report being released on the Constitutional Reform Committee?
8) The numbers for 2006 tourist arrivals were supposed to be released three weeks ago -- where are they?
9) When will the data and public meetings be held for LNG as promised?
10) Was is the state of negotiations with the EU to prevent duty on our items like Freeport Fibers and Bacardi? The negotiations were late to begin with -- will the Bahamas suffer penalties?
11) How much money was paid to Archbishop Drexel Gomez and Neil Ellis to do government business?
12) Why is Urban Renewal such a flop, and when can we expect to see results?
13) When will we have an accounting for the missing million dollars from NEMA?
14) How was the half a million stolen from BEC? And who did it?
15) When will the punishment come for corrupt police inspector George Mortimer?
