Ritchie is a rich sacrificial lamb who can only be running for the entertainment value - nobody takes him seriously. If the PLP had put him to run on Dog Flea Cay or the equivalent he would have probably taken it - and lost. Dr. Minnis is a professional, organized, and well received by the people of Delaporte - never mind if you want to divide it and call it Clifton or Killarney - same difference. The country needs people like Dr. Minnis, not the johnneys-come-lately and fly-by-nights like Ritchie.
