Hes running this election as a PLP and he should be honest and admit it.

These days, Tennyson Wells should be racking up all kinds of kudos running in a traditional FNM seat. Yet he finds himself clinging to one issue, Hubert Ingraham and this is leading to his illness. He has formed a pack with Perry to be attack dog number one against Hubert A. Ingraham, our country's next Prime Minister. .

Yes, and much has also changed in the FNM since his defeat as leader elect of the FNM. The FNM has pruged itself of a lot of the sel-seeking, egotisital, free loading FNMs... we are now ready to take over the Governmet of the Bahamas.

Perhaps its true that hindsight is 20/20, and Tenny as FNM leader- Hell No. Mr. Wells conducts his business with much suspicion, just take a walk to his office at Standard Plumbing, Shirley Street.

I know that this is his last days in office and he is not going alone, he will be welcomed by Bradley Roberts, Algernon Allen, Pierre Dupuch and a few more of the Ingraham heaters.

As the days rush headlong into the 2007 General Election, the PLP is silent in Bamboo Town, so that means Tenny is their man... no problem.. the PLP will loose and the good people of Bamboo Town will reject the PLP so I guess that means Tenny as well. FNMs in Bamboo Town will vote FNM, plain and simple.

This election is critical more for Tenny then any one else.. he is a man who wanted to be Prime Minister.. he dreamt about it, he talked about it.. but I submit he will never realise it.. and that is a fact.

I know Brenville McCarthney, he is working hard day in and day out, 24/7, he has a highly motivated team with him, including all of his family... he is getting good response... he is the FNMs little david in Bamboo Town....

A pivotal voting block in this election are new first time voters, the majority will go to the FNM, second second time voters, these are the ones who are so upset.. they felt betrayed by the PLP, then the voters around 30 to 45, majority FNM, yes the PLP have thir base supporters with them.. but you ask them.. they are getting hell as they go door to dorr. Ask them, and so is Tennison Wells, cause he is also a PLP... Bahamians are not fools.

Yes, Tenny is has large financially resources, I can a assure you, he will be caught trying to buy votes and FNMs in Bamboo Town have already devise a plan to entrap him.. they know what to expect from him. Bamboo TOwn will not be brought by Tennison Wells - not this time.

He knows that after the closed door meetings, with the PLP, FNM have his game plan and it will come to hunt him.

Tennyson Wells, immediately after he is nominated will be called upon to state whose side is he on. His voting record and his contributions in the house since 2002 -2007 will be made available to the people of Bamboo Town and as such 95% of the time it was all about Hubert, Hubert, Hubert.

Tennyson Wells thinks he has a head start, but disappointment is what he will get. Theres no question that the majority of his support comes from FNMs and FNMs are voting FNM, along with many who supported the PLP in 2002.

I feel quite confident that the FNM will be the next government and I know the Bamboo Town will help make up that number. After the ballots are counted.. it will be Wells in Bamboo Town... defeated... and soundly, cause it will be a defeat for the PLP.

I would not discuss who are some of the political insiders that are working with the FNM but the FNM will and is running a clean campaign, cause when it is over, this nation have to come togather.

To Mr. Wells, in passing.. good bye, our country needs now to move to higher hights and you have failed espically in the last 5 years.

Heehe @ FNM seat! Wells was the only man to ever defeat the PLP in Bamboo Town whether as and independent or with the FNM.The FNM ran against him and lost.We shall see what will happen in a few weeks and only the good people will have a say in who is chosen,not Hubert or Perry.

Dispite other poster's enthusiasm and confidence, I don't think it will be a walk in the park for the FNM in Bamboo Town. I would recommend that the efforts exerted thus far continue and escalate until the ballots are cast.

Tenny's cost me plenty money over the years and I won't shed a tear to see him forced into political retirement.

I pray that waysayu's assertion that the FNM has purged itself of the worst is true. The time has never been better for a clean government capable of operating in the interest of the Bahamian public instead of the interest of the governing party.
