Ya boy could try Father Pugh or Smithville off Fox Hill...they start at 130k for 3 bed room minus the car porch though...

Why not try Arawak Homes or a construction company, they should have a house package in that price range, well at least that was 3 years ago not sure of the updated cost.

You might get lucky start looking in the papers etc.

Maybe you will have better luck down kemp road or okra hill.

okra hill would get a nice sized estate .. but then yah gotta sell rum and weed out of there every night to support the local alchies and druggies!

GO to arawak homes they should be able to help . but not in those areas well maybe , but for sure not the price range you said , you can for 175,000 and up.
