This seems a pretty archaic question but couldn't find any info on it. If a Bahamian IBC runs an online adult company but does none of the business in the country, not even the web servers, is that allowed? I ask because I read that pornography is not allowed in the country, but technically this kind of arrangement is just legal, there is none of the 'business' actually inside the country.
Question
Are you thinking of starting a porn site or whats the real reason for your consern?

The IRS will be on ya if you're making sufficient dough. After visiting down there recently, I thought of doing the same thing. But if you go through the latest regulations on offshore setups, you'll see that the IRS has been there/done that with respect to tracking folks down -- especially when they don't do any biz in the country itself.
